Policies of Don Bosco School Hostel

  • Don Bosco School Hostel is meant for tribals (Catholics, Christians and Sarnas)
  • Hostel facilities are available for classes V to X only
  • Baptism certificate and Aadhar ID is compulsory for Catholics and Christians to get admission in the hostel. For Sarna’s Aadhar ID and consent letter mandatory.
  • No mobile is allowed in the hostel. Mobile will be confiscated and Rs. 5000 will be imposed if found with anyone.
  • Gadgets not allowed in the hostel.
  • Drinking of alcohol, smoking and eating tobacco will not be tolerated, stern action will be taken to the extend of expelling from the hostel with immediate effect.
  • Attendance on the return date after the home holiday is compulsory. Failing to return on time, fine will be imposed.
  • Medium of communication in the hostel is English. Hindi language is not allowed. If anyone found talking in Hindi appropriate action will be taken.
  • If the property of the institution is damaged by the hostelers knowing or unknowing, compensation has to be made.
  • Institution has every right to dismiss the perpetrator without any further notice to the parents or guardians.
  • Institution is not responsible for any serious sickness, injury or accidents of the hostelers. However basic care will be taken by the institution. All the expenses are to be born by the parents and guardians.
  • All have to abide by the rules and regulations of the hostel.
